These are the Easy Type Z exercises that I perform on a daily basis to shape my body. Make sure to watch the videos embedded on this page.
For Cardio: I walk for an hour on the treadmill in my target heart rate zone for fat burning.
For Abdominal Exercises: 25 Crunches on Each Side
For My Inner Thigh: 50 Inner Thigh Left Lifts
For My Under Arms: 100 Callanetics Arm Exercises
And that’s it! Nothing hard, long, or strenuous. I do this in the morning and in the evening. See my Exercise Page for individual videos on each exercise.
