— Young Coconuts (3 young coconut meats, 1 young coconut water)
* P r e p a r a t i o n *

— 2) Slice peaches into wedges, straight into serving bowls
— 3) Pour the water from one young coconut into your Vita-Mix, or other high-powered blender of your choice. http://bit.ly/GZsuq or http://bit.ly/3OTXD9
— 4) Add the coconut meat from three young coconuts to your Vitamix, and lightly blend to make a coconut cream
— 5) Pour coconut cream over peaches and serve!
