    can you discuss diet trends like low carb. thats what i am doing and my back has stop hurting i have more energy ect. so what are ur thoughts on that. i am staying away from junk, eating lean protein and veggies, nuts, and genisis bread. the nuts i have to stop cause i was overdoing it.

    o!I have been eating a vegan diet since 1/1/08..I am down 30 pounds.I was upset at myself. until because I should have lost much more weight.But I have been using olive oil in at least 2 of my meals each day…Thanks for this video. I will see how things work out for me without the oil..plus I’m trying to go 100% raw
